SCHOOL COUNSELORS & COUNSELORS' OFFICE OUTLINE
PARAGRAPH The School Counselor has a very important role in the life of any student. They help them with college choice, student performance and troubles at home to name a few. We need to hire lots more of them because of growing school sizes. This job is just as vital as all jobs in a school district and even this job needs a low student per school counselor ratio. A low ratio improves student performance and school counselor performance that is 100% important. I am going to help them out in my plan since I do want one high school class that 100% talks about college admissions. That will allow to school counselors to spend more time on other things like student performance. Q&A NA.
